Create Love Freedom explores the inner architecture of a woman's life—how we understand ourselves, the stories through which we make meaning, the relationships that shape us, and the choices through which a life becomes our own.
Drawing from psychology, mythology, culture, relationships, and the feminine interior life, this is a body of work concerned not simply with healing, but with what comes after: discernment, responsibility, integration, sovereignty, and the ongoing work of becoming.
There is no final version of the self to arrive at here. There is a life to know more deeply, inhabit more fully, and steward with greater consciousness.
Create Love Freedom began as an exploration of healing, relationships, feminine psychology, and personal transformation. Over time, the questions became larger.
What happens after we understand the wound?
What does it mean to become responsible for the life we are creating?
How do identity, mythology, culture, relationship, power, and the stories we inherit shape the women we become?
And how do we learn to exercise authority over our own lives without closing ourselves to complexity, relationship, mystery, or change?
Today, Create Love Freedom is an evolving body of work devoted to those questions.
Through the podcast, essays, and original works in the Library, I explore psychology, mythology, identity, relationships, culture, sovereignty, and the interior life—not as problems to solve, but as territories worthy of sustained attention.
This is work for women interested not only in changing their lives, but in understanding them.

About Allison
I have always been interested in the forces beneath the visible life—the beliefs we inherit, the identities we construct, the relationships that alter us, the stories through which we interpret experience, and the moments that ask us to become someone we have never been before.
My work has moved through relationships, attachment, healing, feminine psychology, archetype, mythology, power, identity, and sovereignty. What connects these subjects is a persistent question: How does a human being become increasingly capable of inhabiting her own life?
Create Love Freedom is where I follow that question publicly.
I don't approach this work from the belief that a woman is a problem to be solved. I am interested in development: in the capacity to know oneself, encounter complexity, exercise discernment, revise what no longer holds, and take responsibility for what one chooses to build.
The work will continue to evolve as I do.
