I’m a writer, teacher, guide, podcast host, and a powerful voice and champion of the feminine woman who wants to heal, transform, and come home to her feminine energy, power, and radiance.

I created Create Love Freedom as on online community where women can come together to heal their past wounds and trauma, to deepen into their feminine being, to slow down, authentically know themselves, let go of societal conditioning, change their mindsets, live healthier and happier lives, create the relationships and connections they desire, and to become the woman they want to be.
