“Find a quiet space. If you have a candle, light it now. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Take three grounding breaths. Imagine yourself standing before the foundation of your Temple. With every inhale, place a golden brick into the wall. With every exhale, seal it with your breath. One brick for safety. One brick for compassion. One brick for rest. One brick for truth. One brick for devotion.

As the walls rise, step inside. Feel the warmth and safety of this sacred space. Look around. Perhaps there is an altar, a cushion, a chalice, a rose. Allow your Temple to reveal itself to you.

Now place your hand on your heart and whisper: ‘My Healing Temple is strong. My Temple is sacred. My Temple is me.’

Stay here for a few breaths. Let your nervous system rest. When you are ready, open your eyes and take your journal. Write down what you saw, felt, and what belongs — and does not belong — in your Temple.”
